POKER CARDS
art movements edition
Illustration | Poster Design
Created for my "History of Design" class, this project involved extensive research. The design draws from various art movements, integrating its historical paintings, architecture, and themes. The back of each card features a ceiling design from the specific period, while the subtitles incorporate cartomancy elements.

The motifs from the Art Nouveau period along with different artist's styles and the monarch of that time all serve as inspiration for this particular card.

Using Perkeo of Heidleberg, the court jester as the muse for this design along with the architecture of San Carlo alle Quattro Fontane in Italy.
